Trach Families presents Breath of Life 5K

Join us to help benefit tracheostomy families in the southeast Tennessee region. The funds raised from this race will allow us the ability to pour into local trach and vent dependent families. Come out to run and walk for fun, beat your personal best in a 5K, or join our families and children for a fun mile. Your entry will include a t-shirt, post race gift and snacks. NEW this year is a KIDS ZONE!! Here we will have face painting, sensory games, bubbles, inflatable, and crafts for $10. If you are an adult racing, kid zone is only $5 for your child. If you are a kiddo racing, kid zone is free!
