Looking to push your limits while running alongside a supportive and motivated group? The Pack offers structured workouts designed to help runners improve their speed and endurance, all while fostering a sense of camaraderie. Every Tuesday, the group runs an interval workouts around scenic Lake Hollingsworth, executing each rep together. Everyone runs their own pace, with faster runners getting a bit more recovery between reps. Thursdays focus on tempo or fartlek runs, where the group spreads out across the route.
