Join us for the second annual Heart & Sole 5K, a heartfelt event in memory of Rowan Jo, a beautiful soul we lost in January 2025 to a congenital heart defect. This race is a celebration of Rowan’s life, the joy she brought to those around her, and the light she continues to shine in our hearts. All proceeds from the Heart & Sole 5K will benefit The Rowan Jo Foundation. The purpose of The Rowan Jo Foundation aims to provide scholarships to individuals who have been personally affected by congenital heart defects — whether through their own diagnosis or through the diagnosis, treatment, or loss
