The Dr. J. Noonan Legacy 5K is back for 2026, and this year we’re celebrating the Leaves of Legacy—the individuals, families, physicians, researchers, advocates, and supporters who have shaped the Noonan syndrome community and those who continue to move it forward. From October 24 through November 1, 2026, participants from across the country and around the world are invited to walk, run, roll, or move 5K wherever they are.
