Time to break out the turkey costumes and strap on your running shoes! The Danville Public Schools Education Foundation, in partnership with the Danville Otterbots and the Danville Running & Fitness Club, is having its fifth Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk and Children's Fun Run on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27th! The event will start and end at American Legion Field, the home of the Danville Otterbots. All proceeds go toward programs, initiatives, and scholarships for DPS students and teachers.
