Join us for the Pregnancy Care Center of Burke County's second annual Burke Day For Life 5k Run/Walk and Mile Fun Run/Walk, the kickoff to our Burke Day For Life celebration–a day of community, family, music, food, and fun for all ages. The 5k race begins at 9:00 am; the start and finish line will be at Burkemont Baptist Church. The course rolls through the beautiful countryside along the base of Burkemont Mountain. Take in the fresh air and scenery of the NC Foothills during peak autumn season. As an extra treat, the race route goes through Double E Farms–a working farm with beef cattle,
