This race is held at beautiful Lake Carey! Help us kick off Lake Carey Day with a 5k run/walk and a 10k run. You will enjoy the beautiful lake views as you run - all while benefiting Lake Carey! Race day registration is also available but t-shirts not guaranteed. Medals awarded in seven age groups and the top male and female finishers in each race. A special Frank Valvano Award given to the first 200 lb + participant in the 10 k or 5k if no other qualifiers. Both courses are wheel measured and accurate. **PLEASE NOTE -THE DEFAULT IS NO SHIRT.
