Join us on November 9th for the very first A Good Run 5K. The race will be held at the beautiful East Shore Park in New Haven, CT. The event is all about moving our bodies and celebrating where we are in our own fitness journeys. All proceeds will be donated to the Parkinson’s Foundation and anyone with Parkinson's is eligible for FREE registration! The 5K course follows the shoreline paths of the park and offers inspiring views of the New Haven Harbor.
