This 5K walk/run honors the lives lost to suicide, promotes mental health education, and brings the community together in hope and healing. Join us at Tradewinds Park for a meaningful morning of movement, unity, and support. This family-friendly event welcomes participants of all ages — whether you walk, run, or jog, your presence helps make a difference. Enjoy access to mental health
